Through the use of advanced pattern recognition, along with monitoring your pulse, the Up can use it’s built-in vibrate function to wake you up at the perfect time so you feel refreshed and ready to start the day. If you have noticed that some days you wake up and feel terrible while other days where you got a similar amount of sleep you feel amazing, it is due to your sleep pattern and how well your day integrated into it. All of these features sound great, but is the Jawbone Up worth the $99 price tag?

Now, it is no substitute for a gym but it might give you the motivation to get yourself working out.
